Brain waves and Hypnosis

Living human brain tissue produces a fluctuating electric waves. This is called brainwave electrical waves or brainwaves. In one time, the human brain produces different brain waves simultaneously. The four brain waves produced by the human brain is generally beta, alpha, tetha, delta. However, there is always a kind of brain waves are dominant, indicating brain activity at that time. Brain wave activity indicates a person's mind.
Brain waves were measured with an instrument called Electro Encephalograph (EEG). EEG was found in 1929 by German psychiatrist, Hans Berger. Until recently, the EEG is a tool that is often relied upon researchers who want to know the activity of one's mind.

Beta, the frequency of 12-25 Hz.Dominant at the moment we are in a waking state, activities of daily living which demands a high logic or analysis, such as solving math problems, debating, sports, and think things are complicated. Beta waves allows one to think through 9 objects simultaneously.

Alpha, the frequency of 8-12 Hz.Dominant at the time of the body and mind relax and stay alert. For example when we are reading, writing, praying and when we focus on an object. Alpha wave serves as a liaison conscious and subconscious mind. Alfa also signifies that a person in a state of light trance or hypnosis, a mild conditions.

Theta, the frequency of 4-8 HzDominant when we are in a state of hypnosis, meditation deep, almost asleep, or slept with a dream. This frequency indicates the activity of the subconscious mind.

Delta, the frequency of 0.1 to 4 Hz.Dominant during deep sleep without dreams. The discovery tool to measure brain waves have a positive influence on the development of hypnosis. Hypnosis is originally regarded as a mysterious, frightening, and is considered a supernatural phenomenon, now scientifically accepted as the natural human condition.Has done research on a number of subjects and obtained results that the subject is in hypnosis, the brain waves of alpha and theta. In the waking state, brain waves are generally subject is beta. Once performed the induction, then the subject's brain waves rapidly down to alpha, and after deepening techniques, subjects showed brain theta waves. Believed by scientists that when the brain produces theta brain waves are dominant, then the activity is going on the subconscious mind. Now you already know that one in a trance state of hypnosis brain waves is between alpha and theta. The question, whether the alpha and theta brain waves occur only in a trance hypnosis course?Apparently not. Naturally you enter the alpha and theta conditions each will sleep and waking. When you're feeling very relaxed, calm, and almost asleep, but you are still aware of your existence, then that's hypnosis. When you awake from sleep, and still lazy to get out of bed because they still want to continue to sleep again, then that's hypnosis.

The difference is when you will sleep that you experience only the alpha-theta state in a few minutes, then your brain waves down to the delta (a sign that your body and mind rested). While in hypnosis, you may experience a trance (alpha-theta brain waves) in a long time.People who meditate, pray fervently, was stunned to see something, get carried away reading a novel or a story, daydreaming and the like also produce alpha brain waves to theta.Knowing that hypnosis is a natural condition for humans, then there should be no fear again that hypnosis is dangerous. Suspicions that there are elements of magic / magic / paranormal in hypnosis is gone since it is known that hypnosis is a natural mental phenomena.
