Blue Tiger or known by the popular term "Maltese Tiger" was reportedly found in Fujian province, China. Known as the Blue Tiger, because part of it's body marked with bluish fur with dark stripes. Malta tigers have been reported as a subspecies of tiger south china, which is now threatened with extinction.


A blue tiger cubs born in 1964, the Oklahoma Zoo, but died in infancy. There are no blue tigers in zoos or private collections, and there is no known blue tiger fur.
